Rent Information

Rogue River Estates offers senior citizens affordable living in 
comfortable surroundings.

• Water and garbage service are provided.      
• Tenant pays for electricity and telephone. 
• A security deposit will be required at the time of occupancy.

Our rooms feature spacious floor plans with a built in emergency notification system.

To qualify for senior housing rental, applicants must apply and meet the facility criteria, as well as be:

• 62 years of age or more, or handicapped
• Eligible for Section 8 rent subsidy program according to current income limits
• Meet application screening criteria
