Rogue River Estates is an active retirement center in
Southern Oregon. We are located in the heart of the Rogue Valley near shopping and
medical facilities. We welcome the opportunity to be your home.
92 units receive rental subsidy through the Department of Housing and
Urban Development, HUD, Section 8 Program. For tenants who meet the
HUD Section 8 income limits, rent is normally based on 30% of the adjusted
monthly income.
